1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdta1 platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, casino games, sports betting section, and any promotional materials — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the bdta1 platform immediately.
bdta1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the bdta1 platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. Any disputes arising from your use of bdta1 that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration. bdta1 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of bdta1 is compliant with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
To register and maintain an active account on bdta1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. bdta1 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 18. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
- You must be a natural person (not a company, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
- You must not already hold an active or previously suspended bdta1 account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or be part of any scheme to claim bonuses for a third party.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
bdta1 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason, and to request additional identity documents (including a National ID, passport, or utility bill) at any stage of the account lifecycle. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3. Account Obligations & Security
As a registered bdta1 player, you accept the following obligations with respect to your account and your conduct on the platform:
3.1 Credential Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. bdta1 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or SMS. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bdta1 support immediately and change your password without delay.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must ensure that all personal details held on your account are accurate and kept up to date. Any change in your name, address, payment method, or mobile number must be updated via Account Settings or by contacting support. bdta1 will not be held liable for failed withdrawals, missed communications, or delayed verification resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
3.3 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdta1 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, manipulate game outcomes, or farm bonuses.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings generated through known software errors are void and will be reversed.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or other first-deposit promotional offers more than once.
- Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your mobile financial service provider while maintaining a bdta1 balance.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on bdta1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. In addition, Visa and Mastercard may be available for deposits subject to your card issuer's policies.
4.1 Deposits
Deposits are processed in real time and are typically reflected in your bdta1 balance within 1–5 minutes of a successful MFS transaction. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of transaction. bdta1 does not charge any fees for deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. First-time withdrawal requests may require identity document submission. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section. Standard withdrawal processing times are:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 1–24 hours of approval.
- Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): 1–3 business days.
bdta1 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawal requests may be declined or held pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected. Any funds deposited via a method that is subsequently reversed by the payment provider will result in a negative account balance adjustment.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
bdta1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Eligibility: Bonuses are only available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion. Bonuses are not available to players who have opted out of promotional communications or who have active self-exclusion restrictions.
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement before the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated per promotion. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live sports betting on certain markets) may not contribute to bonus rollover, or may contribute at a reduced rate.
- Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. This bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method. Minimum qualifying deposit applies. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
- Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire if the associated wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus balances are removed from the account without compensation.
- Bonus Abuse: bdta1 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage strategies, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently restricted from promotional participation.
bdta1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice. In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of bdta1's compliance team is final.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
bdta1 hosts casino games and sports betting markets provided by third-party software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Playtech, and others. The specific rules for each game are accessible within the game interface itself and are governed by the respective game provider's rules in addition to these Terms.
6.1 Random Number Generator
All digital casino games on bdta1 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that produces statistically random and unpredictable outcomes for every game round. The RNG certification is maintained independently and ensures that neither bdta1 nor any player can predict or influence the outcome of any spin, card deal, or dice roll.
6.2 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets on bdta1 — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other markets — are subject to additional sportsbook rules including void market policies, settlement procedures, and in-play betting rules. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to market closure. All bets are settled based on official competition results. bdta1 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error affected the displayed odds.
6.3 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game or platform malfunction, any bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and the staked amounts returned to the player's account. bdta1 is not liable for any claimed winnings that arise from a game played during a documented system failure. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
7. Responsible Gaming
bdta1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold across a defined period. Once reached, further wagers are blocked until the period resets.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
- Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager. The period cannot be shortened once initiated.
- Self-Exclusion: Request a formal self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, or 5 years. During self-exclusion, your account is deactivated and you will be removed from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period ends.

8. Account Suspension & Closure
bdta1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment methods.
- Underage gambling or failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation.
- Collusion, cheating, or use of prohibited software tools.
- Initiation of an unjustified chargeback with a payment provider.
- Any legal or regulatory requirement that necessitates account closure.
Upon account closure for any reason other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5–10 business days. Where closure results from a breach, bdta1 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to pursue legal remedies where applicable.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the bdta1 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Players under active self-exclusion may not re-register until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.
